MULTIVALUED DIGITAL DATA TRANSMITTER, RECEIVER, TRANSMITTER-RECEIVER AND DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multivalued digital data transmitter, receiver, transmitter-receiver and data transmission system capable of surely detecting start timing of training without losing clock synchronization of each device in initializing data communication including the training of an automatic equalizer or the like.

SOLUTION: A clock component is included in a header signal for distinguishing a clock signal from a training signal transmitted in initializing processing. Thus, a receiving side can detect start timing of training while surely maintaining clock synchronization. The receiving side detects the reception of the header signal by detection due to coincidence of any with a plurality of patterns for header detection. Consequently, the header signal can be detected even when an error occurs in a portion of the header signal.
