<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded joint and a welding material having excellent corrosion resistance in an environment where metal dusting is easy to be generated such as a heat exchange type hydrocarbon reforming device and a waste heat recovering device, and further having excellent high temperature strength and weldability. <P>SOLUTION: In the welded joint having excellent metal dusting resistance, a base material and a weld zone both have a composition comprising, by mass, 0.01 to 0.45% C, 0.01 to 2% Si, 0.01 to 2% Mn,≤0.03% P,≤0.01% S, 15 to 35% Cr, 40 to 78% Ni, >2 to <4.5% Al, 3.5 to 15% Mo, 0.001 to 0.2% N and 0.015 to 5.5% Cu, and, also satisfying the following inequality (1), and the balance Fe with impurities. The base material and the weld metal may comprise one or more kinds selected from Co, Ti, Ta, V, Zr, Nb and Hf, and one or more kinds selected from B, Ca and Mg, and rare earth metals as well. The atomic symbols in the inequality (1) or (2) denote the content (mass%) of each element, and, in the case B is comprised, the inequality (2) is satisfied: 24P+1.28Mo+0.9Si-32S-0.12Cu-0.05Al≥4.23 (1), and 24P+1.28Mo+0.9Si+20B-32S-0.12Cu-0.05Al≥4.23 (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
