<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus and method capable of capturing, storing and replaying image data that can be outputted through a display apparatus such as a personal computer monitor or a TV set by another unit installed within or outside the display apparatus in accordance with user's setting. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes a control unit for selectively capturing video image data inputted to the display apparatus, a storing unit for storing the video image data captured by the control unit, an input unit to which the video image data inputted to the display apparatus are inputted by a selection signal for capturing the video image received from the control unit and which provides the video image data to the control unit, and a selecting unit for selectively outputting one of the video image data inputted to the display apparatus and the captured video image data stored in the storing unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
