<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure mounting reliability of an electronic component becoming increasingly miniaturized with respect to the electronic component mainly used for a communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component is constituted in such a way that a terminal 2 is formed on a mounting surface of a laminate 1, and a connecting terminal 36 for reinforcing external connection is provided inside the mounting surface of the laminate 1.
