PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position-adjusting mechanism having simple constitution, having a wide adjustable range and realizing facilitating of fine adjusting work. SOLUTION: In the position-adjusting mechanism, having a substrate and a movable body positioned and fixed with respect to the substrate, a flexible pin is erected and fixed perpendicular to the surface of the substrate or the movable body, and the movable body is coupled with the substrate via the pin and can slide on the substrate in either relation between the movable body and the pin or between the base substance and the pin. A pre-load spring is arranged between the substrate and the movable body and exerts force in the sliding direction, and the mechanism has a coarse adjustment screw for adjusting a distance between the substrate and the movable body against the pre-load spring, and has a 1st fine adjustment screw for finely adjusting the distance between the substrate and the movable body in the sliding direction, and a 2nd fine adjustment screw for pushing the movable body in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction.
