PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable sensitive material that is superior in image preservation with improved the application surface. SOLUTION: The heat-developable sensitive material is provided with an image forming layer containing a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent, a polyhalogen compound and a binder on at least one surface side of the support and the outermost layer on the reverse surface of the support of the image forming layer. The heat-developable sensitive material contains a non-photosensitive intermediate layer between the image forming layer and the outermost layer, (1) a polymeric latex, in which 50 mass% of at least a single-layer binder of the non-photosensitive intermediate layer has 10 mol% to 70 mol% of a monomer component represented by general Formula (M): CH<SB>2</SB>=CR<SP>01</SP>-CR<SP>02</SP>=CH<SB>2</SB>, (2) a thickener for application liquid of the non-photosensitive intermediate layer, and (3) a cohesion stabilizer for the application liquid of the non-photosensitive intermediate layer are contained. In the Formula, R<SP>01</SP>and R<SP>02</SP>independently represent a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group, a halogen atom and an atom or a group selected from among a cyano group.
