PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fault due to pressure change inside an outer package or a case without providing a dedicated component. SOLUTION: In a name plate 1 which is attached to the outer package of a device such as a valve, a switch and a sensor, or to the case in which the device is accommodated, an embossing section 2 for absorbing the pressure change inside the exterior package etc. by expanding outwards and/or contracting inwards according to pressure difference between inside and outside of the exterior package. The name plate 1 is provided in the outer package of the pressure operated valve and when the pressure inside the pressure operation valve rises and a valve body 7 is pressurized in the direction of a valve seat, the embossing part 2 of the name plate 1 is expanded outside to absorb pressure rise and thereby, opening pressure of the valve is maintained.
