PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring an image and the lifetime of a display panel, which can precisely observe and measure not only the overall surface of the display panel but also a part of pixels. SOLUTION: A chamber 100 includes therein the display panel 10 to be measured, and keeps the temperature and humidity conditions constant. A camera 110 is installed in the chamber 100 and obtains an image signal of the display panel 10. A bias supply and measurement part 120 supplies a bias voltage, and a pulse-type current required for the measurement, on the basis of a control signal, measures the voltage and the current during the driving of the display panel 10, and performs conversion into digital data. A conversion part 160 converts the image signal obtained by the camera 110 into digital data. A control and data processing part 140 receives the input of the digital data from the bias supply and measurement part 120 and a conversion part 1690, to generate a parameter, and analyzes the lifetime of the display panel 10.
