PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 11 comprises a core 14 having fins 13 provided on a number of juxtaposed tubes 12, and tanks 15 and 16 provided at ends of the core 14. The core 14 is formed of a plurality of core parts 17 having flat air outflow and inflow faces, and the core parts 17 are arranged so that the air outflow and inflow faces form a predetermined angle.
