PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pressure-feed a working fluid while constantly balancing the internal and external pressures of a pressure vessel and to prevent the crush of the wall of the vessel, when supplying the working fluid in the pressure vessel which is pressurized fluid to the side of a working section. SOLUTION: The pressure vessel 2 includes at one end a working fluid supply port 3 equipped with a valve V connected to the working section R, and it also includes at the other end a pressurized fluid supply port 4 which is opened. The internal space of the pressure vessel 2 is divided in a first chamber 2A on the side of the working fluid supply port 3 equipped with the valve V and a second chamber 2B on the side of the opened pressurized fluid supply port 4. An elastic diaphragm 5 is provided between the first and second chambers 2A and 2B. The diaphragm 5 can be pressed to billow toward the second chamber 2B by the pressure of the working fluid P pressure-fed into the first chamber 2A from the working fluid supply port 3 and can be also pressed to billow toward the first chamber 2A by the pressure of the pressurized fluid Q introduced into the second chamber 2B from the opened pressurized fluid supply port 4 when the valve V is opened.
