PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device capable of folding and overlapping sheets in order without causing trimming folding phenomenon by levitating a folding side part of a sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet handling device is provided with a first paper folding roll means arranged in a sheet conveyance path, a folding sheet conveyance path arranged by branching from the sheet conveyance path and carrying out a folding sheet from the paper folding roll means, and a second paper folding roll means arranged by providing a sheet pressing means for pressing a folding sheet against a folding side in the folding sheet conveyance path. This sheet handling device is provided with a first conveyance means and a second conveyance means arranged across distance in the sheet conveyance path, a first folding roll means arranged between the first and second conveyance means, and a folding sheet conveyance path branched from the conveyance path to carry out a folding sheet from the first folding roll means.
