PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly dispose a PTO transmission gear mechanism obtaining PTO output of both of normal rotations and reversed rotations in a transmission case, to decrease the size and weight of the transmission case, and to reduce a manufacturing cost of the transmission case and the like. SOLUTION: The work vehicle comprises a continuously variable transmission and a sub transmission gear mechanism for traveling output, the PTO transmission gear mechanism for PTO output, and a differential gear mechanism transmitting power to right and left wheels, in the transmission case to which power is transmitted from an engine. The PTO transmission gear mechanism comprises a plurality of normal rotating gears outputting normal rotation driving force of plural stages, a reversing gear outputting reversal driving force, a PTO transmission output shaft coaxially disposing the normal rotating gear and the reversing gear, and a PTO transmission shifter selecting each output of the normal rotating gear and the reversing gear by generally linear switching operation.
