PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan for an electromagnetic cooker being economical in the cost and having practical advantages by solving conventional various problems such as insufficient connection between a pan body and an electromagnetic board, easy exfoliation of the electromagnetic board, inferior heat conduction, and low electromagnetic heating efficiency, while retaining characteristics of the aluminum pan in an attachment structure between the pan body mainly constituted of aluminum or aluminum alloy and the electromagnetic board attached to the bottom of the pan body. SOLUTION: This pan for the electromagnetic cooker is characterized in that the electromagnetic board 3 is embedded in the bottom 2 of the pan body 1 so that the end faces alone of the circumferential part of burring holes formed in the electromagnetic board 3 by burring are exposed to the surface of the bottom 2 of the pan body 1, and the parts of the electromagnetic board 3 other than the end faces of the burring holes are embedded in the bottom 2 of the pan body 1 so as to be covered by the bottom 2 of the pan body 1.
