<p>The framework has replacement rail parts that are fastened to a washing space of a washing cabinet. A set of spray nozzles are provided in the washing cabinet and the spray nozzles are adjusted based on hygienic values of institute for medical microbiology and hospital hygiene. A regulated disinfectant and a switching mechanism are provided for the framework and mattresses are clamped to a special rack. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning and disinfecting removable pressure mattress.</p>
