Car door hinge consists of horizontal hinge (10) fixed to the bodywork and vertical hinge (12) turning on a horizontal axis. The horizontal hinge has a notch for a turning fit offering a turning axis for the vertical hinge. A lifting arm (16) attached to door is located in the fit and in its down position, from turning fit beginning from the bottom with a parabolic curve is aligned from behind towards the door. A gas pressure spring (20) between lifting arm and base plate keeps the door up.
