The mounting device has double pan (1) which is bigger than two roofing pans. The roofing pan covers double pan and by placing a layer of roof pan, roof becomes water proof. The water proofing adjustment of the double pan is ideally done over the roof beam (3) because plane space provides good ceiling and attachment is stable and sustainable. This arrangement provides good water proofing over the roof beam (3) and the assembling of this arrangement of the double pan is always successfully done whereby weight of the attachment rests directly over the roof beam. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Mounting device; (B) Tool; (C) Threaded rod; and (D) Self drilling screw with tapped screw thread.
