The purpose of the present invention is to automate a payment and cash refunding service by using an electronic interface. Said interface monitors and controls diverse payment devices and the cash refund to users of the payment service automated systems. The aforementioned process is performed by means of a PC and a predetermined communication protocol useful for achieving a reliable transaction accounting process.
