<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery cell capable of coupling with each other at low contact resistance with the use of a collector member. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel battery cell equipped with a gas-permeating conductive support substrate having a gas channel, with an inner electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and an outer electrode layer laminated in that order on at least one of the faces of the conductive support substrate, and equipped with an inter-connector on the other face of the conductive substrate, a first collecting sub-layer made of noble metal components is provided on the outer electrode layer, a P-type semiconductor layer is provided on the inter-connector, and a second collecting sub-layer made of noble metal components is formed on the P-type semiconductor layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
