摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented product having high bioactivity, and to provide an oral composition and a percutaneous composition each using the fermented product. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented product having high bioactivity is obtained by acting a microbe (especially lactobacillus) on a balsam pear. Concretely, the fermented product excellent in enzyme inhibitory activity such as tyrosinase inhibitory activity, &alpha;-glucosidase inhibitory activity and lipase inhibitory activity and in bioactivity such as antioxidation activity.
