<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of enhancing the layout property and reducing the mass and the cost when mounting a power conversion device on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell 1 is mounted below a floor of a vehicle, and a power conversion device 17 to convert the power generated by the fuel cell 1 is arranged adjacent to the fuel cell on the vehicle rear side of the fuel cell 1.
