<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular and circular anisotropic rare earth/iron-based bond magnet which has a static magnetic field strong to an air gap for high output and high efficiency of a permanent magnet type motor, and which has superior demagnetization yield strength under high temperature exposure. <P>SOLUTION: A rare earth/iron-based magnet powder [A1] is made by mixing a rare earth/iron-based magnet powder [A1a] having an aggregate structure of recrystalized particles made of R<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>14</SB>B tetragonal phase of which diameter of unavoidable particle for manufacturing is 53 μm or less, and a single-domain particle type Sm<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>17</SB>N<SB>3</SB>rare earth/iron-based magnet powder [A1b] of which average particle diameter is 3 μm or less, at a ratio of 60-0:40-100 (wt%), and it is compressed and molded together with a binder [B] at 50 MPa or less. Furthermore, the coercive force H<SB>CJ</SB>of [A1a] is set to 0.90-1.05 MA/m, (BH)<SB>max</SB>thereof is set to 300 kJ/m<SP>3</SP>or more and oxygen quantity is set to 0.3 wt% or less, thus making a more appropriate anisotropic rare earth/iron-based bond magnet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
