<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actively remove deterioration-enhancing gas emitted from plants, fruits or food themselves or odor, contaminants, etc., floating inside a precooler to keep freshness and hygiene of the plants, fruits or food, and to provide a stress-free system for products in the precooler. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for keeping freshness of the plants, fruits or food, ethylene gas adsorption and gas decomposition are promoted through an air catalytic effect in an increased relative humidity to enable their storage in a hibernating state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
