<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail mounting device capable of maintaining a handrail column in a vertical attitude without requiring labor until an adhesive agent is solidified after the level of the handrail column is adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: In this handrail mounting device, the column mounting anchor 11 is fixed to the lower end part of the handrail column 2, and the column mounting anchor 11 is inserted into an anchor insertion hole 15 formed in the weir-wall 1 of a veranda and fixed with the adhesive agent G.
