<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting of an electronic apparatus in a card reader in a host and to minimize the electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A removable electronic device has an application module for transferring data to or from a host having a plurality of contact terminals. The device comprises a first row of contact pads, each of the contact pads of the first row including a substantially tapered end, and a second row of contact pads, each of the contact pads of the second row including a substantially tapered end that corresponds to the substantially tapered end of at least one of the contact pads of the first row in an interweaving relationship, wherein the first and second rows of contacts pads are configured to receive the plurality of contact terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
