PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of such a state that data in a failed disk device cannot be restored and is lost by preventing the occurrence of such a state that data cannot be read out from two or more disk devices included in a RAID group when a disk device is failed. SOLUTION: A storage control apparatus is provided with: failure monitoring parts 26 each of which finds out a statistic added points by adding the number of points corresponding to detected abnormality for each of N disk devices 22, instructs repreparation of a parity when the statistic added points reach predetermined failure judging points, and instructs the separation of the disk device when the statistic added points exceed the failure judging points; and parity repreparation parts 28 each of which reads out user data from (N-1) disk devices for each of all addresses of the plurality of disk devices when receiving the instruction for parity repreparation from the failure monitoring part 26, recalculates parity data and writes the parity data in the remaining disk device.
