PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an illegally intended call origination by making such the call origination not pay. SOLUTION: A telephone number originating a call intentionally suspended after 'one-time ringing' is registered in a communication terminal unit. In an incoming call (S301), the incoming call telephone number is compared with the registered telephone number (S302). When the incoming call telephone number coincides with the registered telephone number, the incoming call is answered forcibly (S303). After the incoming call is answered, the line is disconnected forcibly (S305). Further, when the incoming call telephone number coincides with the registered telephone number, incoming call history information of the incoming call concerned is not left in the history.
