PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunction machine for handling two-dimensional code information that easily manages documents. SOLUTION: The network multifunction machine 100 includes: an image data acquisition section 108 for acquiring image data; a detection section 110 for detecting two-dimensional code information of a prescribed form; a two-dimensional code information decode section 112 for converting the two-dimensional code information of the prescribed form detected by the detection section 110 into character information; and a data storage section 120 for storing the character information converted from the two-dimensional code information by the two-dimensional code information decode section 112 in cross-reference with at least part of the image data.
