PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take sufficient measures of noise reduction in a configuration provided with a digital circuit and an analog circuit. SOLUTION: A signal processing apparatus 1 is provided with a first circuit unit 2 including the digital circuit, a second circuit unit 3 including a holding circuit 3a of an analog signal, and a signal output unit 4. The circuit units are operated synchronously. The holding of the analog signal is performed in the second circuit unit 3 in a state that the digital circuit operation of the first circuit unit 2 is stopped, and after the analog signal holding is performed, the operation of the digital circuit is started. The apparatus is configured in such a way that, when the analog signal holding is performed in the second circuit unit 3, the operation of the digital circuit or the signal output unit is not performed.
