PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably leave a trace of intrusion on a criminal safely for employees and customers and without being noticed by the fleeing criminal in case of crime. SOLUTION: A marking liquid discharge and adhesion device comprises: an accumulator type pressure vessel containing a marking liquid; a solenoid valve device connected to a fluid inlet/outlet of the accumulator type pressure vessel and provided with a discharge nozzle for discharging out the marking liquid; a control circuit device for controlling the drive of the solenoid valve device; a battery for powering a drive device of the solenoid valve device and the control circuit device, or a connector connected to an external power supply for operating the solenoid valve device via a drive circuit for the solenoid valve device and control circuit device; a case housing the accumulator type pressure vessel, solenoid valve device, control circuit device and battery and having an opening formed in a position corresponding to the discharge nozzle tip of the solenoid valve device; and a switch device for operating the solenoid valve device via the drive circuit for the solenoid valve device and control circuit device.
