PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form a coil frame constituting a driving device and a protrusion part, engaged with a wing component and reduce the number of parts and assembly labor. SOLUTION: In making a light quantity adjusting device composed of a light quantity adjusting blade adjusting the light quantity, a driving means provided with a magnet rotor operating the light quantity adjusting blade and the coil frame supporting the rotor, and a driving arm engaged with the light quantity adjusting blade installed in the magnet rotor, the coil frame consists of two coil frames that can be divided into two bodies. On one of the coil frames, a recessed groove for winding the coil and the protrusion guiding the opening and closing of the blade engaged with the above-mentioned light quantity adjusting blade are integrally formed in mold form, such as synthetic resin.
