PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and efficiently acquire the positional information of facility users and simplify the maintenance. SOLUTION: This portable terminal apparatus 100 wirelessly supplies electric power for an identification information holding device 200a and an identification information holding device 200b, and reads device specific identification information held by the identification information holding devices 200a and 200b. The portable terminal apparatus 100 transmits both own apparatus identification information and the identification information of the identification information holding devices 200a and 200b, to an information processing device 300. The information processing device 300 retrieves positional information from among the identification information transmitted from the portable terminal apparatus 100, corresponding to the identification information of the identification information holding devices 200a and 200b and transmits the identification information to the portable terminal apparatus 100.
