PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic speed sensing system capable of adjusting speed automatically sensing vehicle speed by generating a pulse signal even in different automobile types. SOLUTION: An automatic speed sensing device is equipped with a microprocessor having at least a computing function and a comparison function and receiving a pulse signal output from an automobile to its input terminal, an input unit provided to another input terminal in the microprocessor so as to input a set command, and memory connected to the microprocessor and storing a pulse signal output from the microprocessor as a set value, and provided with a set form for setting a set value of a critical speed from an actual vehicle speed and with an operation form producing a control signal by always comparing the set value of actual vehicle speed with that of a critical speed.
