PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method of producing fluidized soil, i.e. preparing slurry having predetermined fluidity imparted thereto, by suppressing material separation and bleeding by a simple manner, and to propose a method of controlling the quality of the slurry. SOLUTION: The slurry is controlled so as to suppress its bleeding, material separation, and fluidity, by adjusting the viscosity coefficient of the slurry in the range of 500 mPa to 7,000 mPa inclusive, by using a simplified viscosity measuring instrument having a regulated bore at an exhaust port.
