PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining structure of a tunnel constricted part and its construction method, capable of reducing cost of a reinforcing structure, in the lining structure of a tunnel having a constricted part. SOLUTION: This lining structure of the tunnel has an upper constricted part 5 above the constricted part of two tunnel lining bodies. The reinforcing structure H forms a cross-sectional substantially triangular shape along the outside of the upper constricted part 5 existing in both tunnel lining bodies. The reinforcing structure H is formed by continuously constituting a plurality of reinforcing blocks 8 being a concrete block, and is arranged so as to be circumscribed on the upper constricted part 5. A tendon 12 penetrates in the tunnel crossing direction through the reinforcing block 8, and both ends of the tendon 12 are fixed to a lining body of a spectacle-shaped tunnel 3.
