PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call apparatus which is installed easily so as to easily receive a calling request from a patient or a care receiver. SOLUTION: A sensor part 300 for receiving the calling request from the patient comprises a casing 301 through which the exhalation of the patient P can pass from the whole periphery in the longitudinal direction of the sensor part 300. The inside of the casing 301 is provided with a conical breath collection apparatus 11 with an end side in the longitudinal direction of the sensor part 300 as a vertex and with its opposite direction as a bottom surface, and provided with a microphone 10 in the vicinity of the vertex. Thus, the exhalation of the patient P passes through the casing 301 when the exhalation of the patient P is made to blow from the periphery in the longitudinal direction of the sensor part 300, and an advancing direction is changed in the direction of the microphone 10 when the exhalation collides with the side surface of the breath collection apparatus 11. Thus, the exhalation of the patient P is sound-collected by the microphone 10, converted to an electric signal and thereafter outputted to an amplifier 20 in an apparatus body 100.
