PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube capable of passing body fluid at a predetermined flow rate when passing the body fluid from one area to another area, especially to provide a medical tube surely providing a sufficient anti-siphon function in an extremely simple constitution without lowering the original functions of a shunt system, and to provide the shunt system surely preventing excessive fluid discharge caused by the siphon effect. SOLUTION: This medical tube is formed with a functional channel part preventing the fluid from passing in parallel with the axial direction of a tube body at least in one area in a lumen of the tube body and having the channel longer than the whole length of the tube body. The functional channel part is preferably provided in the whole area in the axial direction of the lumen of the tube body. This shunt system is formed by having the medical tube.
