PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peritoneal dialysis liquid reducing an adverse effect on a living body by glucose being the defect of existing peritoneal dialysis liquids and useful for supplying L carnitine lacking in a dialysis patient. SOLUTION: The peritoneal dialysis liquid reduces the adverse effect on the living body by the glucose which is the defect of the existing peritoneal dialysis liquids and is useful for supplying the L carnitine lacking in the dialysis patient into the living body by containing the L carnitine as a main osmotic agent in the peritoneal dialysis liquid.
