PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological substance-separating chip capable of simply and highly purely separating a target biological substance, and to provide a biological substance-separating device and a separating recovery method using the same. SOLUTION: The biological substance-separating device has a member to whose small hole a lipid double layer containing a small hole transporter is fixed, a sample-adding mechanism disposed on one side of the small hole, and a small hole-passing biological substance recovery mechanism disposed on the other side of the small hole.
