It is possible to generate a 3D ultrasonic image capable of accurately grasping the positional relationship between tissues. For this, an ultrasonographic device and a projected image generation method acquire first 3D image data and second 3D image data, generates a first projected image according to the first 3D image data and at least a part of the second 3D image data, and generates a second projected image according to the second 3D image data and at least a part of the first 3D image data.
