<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system in which aberration caused due to uneven surface shape of a mirror can be corrected and desired performance can be obtained, and the same optical performance as that of an accurate mirror can be obtained when the accurate surface shape of the mirror is necessary, and by which time and costs required for manufacturing the mirror can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This optical system is provided with a light source 10 for generating light, a mirror 20 for changing the optical path of the light generated by the light source 10, and a holographic optical element 60 which is an aberration correction element for correcting the aberration caused in a light reflected by the mirror 20 due to the uneven surface shape of the mirror 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
