<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user sitting on a wheelchair to easily put a hand on an original cover. <P>SOLUTION: An original cover part 10 is freely turnably connected to a main body part 20 via hinges 30A and 30B. In a state where an angle formed by the placing surface of the main body part 20 and the original cover part 10 is larger than a predetermined angle and external force is not exerted, the hinges 30A and 30B hold the position of the original cover part 10. In a state where the angle formed by the placing surface of the main body part and the original cover part 10 is equal to or smaller than the predetermined angle and the external force is not exerted, the hinges 30A and 30B make the original cover part 10 turn to come into contact with the placing surface of the main body part 20.
