PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who does not much knowledge about business requirements or the customization items of an ERP package to easily specify the customization items corresponding to the business requirements from a document prepared by the installation project of the ERP package.

SOLUTION: The elements of a business described in a document are associated with customization items and their locations and documents by a database. When the business elements are designated, the locations of the customization items corresponding to the business elements and the business elements which present in the lower layer of the business elements are retrieved from the database.
