<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of explosion and a fire when a high-pressure can becoming useless is compressed by a press etc. or when contents of the can is expanded by ambient heat, and to save labor for looking for a punching machine etc. <P>SOLUTION: The labor for looking for implements such as the punching machine can be saved by attaching a punching device to the high-pressure can. Since a circular motion can be changed into an axial motion by turning a cap, a hole can be punched in the can without the use of a great force.
