PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict execution of an operation not intended by a user when display positions and sizes of operation buttons displayed on a screen is changed in response to a change in an aspect ratio of an image.

SOLUTION: An aspect ratio monitoring unit 51 monitors a change of an aspect ratio of a moving image to be reproduced. A screen display control unit 52 controls a display method of a moving image to be displayed on a display on the basis of the aspect ratio to be determined. A button display control unit 53 changes display sizes of operation buttons to be displayed in superposition. A sensing area setting unit 54 sets an area (sensing area) on a touch panel. An operation determining unit 55 determines the operation button operated by a user. A command generating unit 56 generates a command signal corresponding to a determination result from the determining unit 55 to output it to a corresponding section. An information processor is applicable to, for example, a video camera.
