PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the call and communication operation of a user without increasing the circuit scale of a communication device in the image communication device, or the like for transmitting or receiving images to or from one's communication party by a half-duplex method, such as PTT. SOLUTION: It is checked whether a PTT call is set up (ST3000), a shutter button is pressed (ST3010), and a call right is present (ST3015). When all the conditions are met, the recording, or the like of images and voice is started while the shutter button is being pressed, and images are transmitted automatically to one's communication party via the call that has been set up (ST3020).
