PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile telephone extension system by which a company extension telephone network can be constructed by using a terminal device provided with functions of a portable telephone, a private PHS telephone, and a wireless LAN telephone. SOLUTION: The mobile telephone extension system 1 comprises a first private branch exchange 11 provided to a first large-scale business establishment A; a first base station 12 provided to the first large-scale business establishment A; a second private branch exchange 21 which is provided to a second large-scale business establishment B and connected with the first private branch exchange 11 via an extension network 31 and an IP network 32; a second base station 22 provided to the second large-scale business establishment B; an access point 23 which is provided to a small-scale business establishment C and connected with the IP network 32 via a wireless LAN; a position management server 41 provided to the IP network 32; and a database 42 which is connected to the position management server 41 and stores a positional information management list showing positional information of each terminal device.
