PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic reproducing device by an oscillating material which uses the function of a building material together. SOLUTION: A voice coil 28 is coupled to the oscillating material which uses the function of the building material together. A magnetic flux generating means is provided and constituted in a range for operating this voice coil 28. Consequently, the reductions of the size and thickness of the device can be realized. A space factor in a room is improved. The flexibility of an indoor layout can be improved.
