PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator with electrodes of which probes can surely be in contact in the case of data writing and to provide an electronic apparatus mounted with the piezoelectric oscillator and a frequency adjustment method of the piezoelectric oscillator. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator 10 is configured such that the piezoelectric oscillator 10 includes: a piezoelectric vibration chip 12 and a circuit for oscillating the piezoelectric vibrating chip 12, which are mounted on a package 13; and a through-hole 32 electrically connected to the circuit, located at a lower part of the piezoelectric vibration chip 12, used for hermetic sealing of the inside of the package 13, and acting like an electrode for the frequency adjustment after the hermetic sealing.
