PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite tube for piping capable of preventing cracking even in occurring of large displacement, and being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: This composite tube 1 has an inner layer 2 and an outer layer 3 composed of thermoplastic resin, and a reinforcement layer 4 formed between the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3, having a plurality of annular cuts 5 axially formed, and separatable by the cuts when tensile load is acted. Further a spiral cut 50 or a through hole 6 penetrated through an inner periphery and an outer periphery of the reinforcement layer 4 may be formed for the annular cuts 5.
