PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive pattern material having excellent adhesiveness of an ITO film to a metal film and straightness, and applicable to a lamination type electrode or wire capable of realizing higher precision, and its manufacturing method, and to provide a PDP (plasma display panel) having the conductive pattern material to constitute a lamination type electrode without any disconnection or short circuit as a compound electrode and capable of realizing higher precision. SOLUTION: In the conductive pattern material, graft polymer is directly coupled with a surface of an ITO film provided on a substrate in a pattern shape to deposit the conductive material on the graft polymer. The conductive pattern material manufacturing method comprises a step of providing the ITO film on the substrate, a step of directly coupling graft polymer on the surface of the ITO film, and a step of depositing the conductive material on the graft polymer, and further comprises a step of patterning the ITO film before or after the step of directly coupling the graft polymer.
